Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Items are eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Condition Mismatch: The watch’s condition is not as described or advertised.
- Defective or Damaged: The watch is defective or arrived damaged.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items.
- Watches that have been worn and damaged.
- Requested or specially sourced timepieces.
Refund and Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as sold.
- All original packaging, including boxes, papers, and accessories, must be included.
- Items must be safely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
If any components are missing, refunds may be delayed until the missing items are received.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it for signs of wear or damage.
- Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to three (3) business days for funds to be credited back to your account.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are not issued in cash under any circumstances.
- If a return package is lost in transit, an insurance claim will be filed, and a refund will be issued only upon claim resolution.
